Edit Field Service Details - Notes

The Notes button on the Edit Field Service Details screen allows you to view any notes the field service employee added to an order on their PDA.

To view notes for a field service order:

1. Display the Edit Field Service Details screen.

Refer to "Maintaining a Field Service Order".

2. Select the Notes button.

Micronet displays any notes added to the order in your default text editor (e.g. Microsoft Notepad).

3. You can print the notes if required.
4. When you have finished viewing the notes, close the text editor.

Micronet redisplays the Edit Field Service Details screen.
